A person is not eligible to be registered as a Manager if they have been convicted of an offence in the last 10 years involving fraud, dishonesty, drug cultivation/trafficking, sexual slavery, child pornography. Registration of a Manager will be automatically cancelled after 30 days if convicted or found guilty of the above. This prohibition can be waived.
