Mark’s background in real estate and business in general makes him the perfect owners corporation manager and this father–son team are the leading Owners Corporation managers in the area.

After completing his degree in Business, with a double major, Matthew Bourke briefly dallied with the corporate life before following his father into the strata industry when he acquired MBCM Strata Specialists Greensborough, and then subsequently merging his franchise with his father’s to form the super group they currently own.
Matthew is full of energy and knowledge and leads his team very well, ensuring that each owners’ corporation gets the very best service.

If you have a building related emergency to your unit or common property you can contact our emergency make safe provider Scotia Group and engage them directly. Please note Scotia Group does not act on behalf of private owners for make-safes and urgent situations, only on behalf of the Owners Corporation. Please note if the damage is related to your unit only, or is not an insurance claim, you will be liable for the costs of Scotia Group attending, the minimum callout fee is $440.00. By contacting Scotia Group and engaging them you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. All invoices will be passed to the OC and any matters that are later deemed private the manager would need to seek reimbursement directly from the lot owner.
