Tim & Margaret McNally are the owners of MBCM Western Districts. They proudly call the Western District their home, so they understand the issues facing Owners Corporation properties in the area.

After a successful career in Property Management & Owners Corporation Management, Tim & Margaret decided to sell their Property Management business to focus solely on providing the area with superior Owners Corporation services.

Tim is a Certified Strata Community Manager having completed Certificate IV in Strata Community Management and is a licensed real estate agent with more than 30 years experience in the real estate industry. Tim & Margaret have carved a reputation in the industry as trusted, professional, committed and reliable managers.
