Emma and Amelia Glazebrook are the proud owner operators of MBCM Shepparton, Seymour & Echuca. At the helm of their dedicated team, they are committed to working with owners to preserve and enhance their investments through the implementation of industry best practice, being accessible to their clients and bringing the expertise that comes with experience to the strata community in North East Victoria.
 
Starting her property career in the UK before emigrating to New Zealand and then Australia, Emma has managed high rises, shopping centres, large planned estates as well as smaller residential and commercial strata properties. Amelia began her strata career in New Zealand in an admin support role before returning home to Melbourne and taking on a strata manager position within the MBCM group. 
 
When the opportunity came up to take on MBCM Shepparton, Seymour and Echuca, the girls jumped at the opportunity to leave the city and raise their family in regional Victoria. Since then, the team has grown from Emma and Amelia on their own to a total of four managers across two offices.

Out of Hours Emergency Details

If you have a building related emergency to your unit or common property you can contact our emergency make safe provider Scotia Group and engage them directly. Please note Scotia Group does not act on behalf of private owners for make-safes and urgent situations, only on behalf of the Owners Corporation. Please note if the damage is related to your unit only, or is not an insurance claim, you will be liable for the costs of Scotia Group attending, the minimum callout fee is $440.00. By contacting Scotia Group and engaging them you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. All invoices will be passed to the OC and any matters that are later deemed private the manager would need to seek reimbursement directly from the lot owner. 
You can contact Scotia Group on 1300 726 842, please state that you are an owner and we are your Owners Corporation Manager, you will also need your property details on hand including your OC number. This is for building emergencies only, for anything relating to contents please contact your contents insurer.
