WHAT ATTRIBUTES DO YOUR CLIENTS VALUE?

  • Eye for detail: Legislative requirements can be quite stringent and it’s important to stay up-to-date with changes that influence strata management. We approach this with a high level of attention to detail and use excellent systems to ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and owners corporation clients are protected.
  • Personalised customer service: Strata management can be difficult to understand so we take the time to explain it in a simplified way and build personal connections with our clients. We know all our clients, owners committees and trades, so when you’re dealing with us it’s personal.
  • Combined 35 years of experience: The depth and breadth of our experience is a real asset in supporting our team and our clients. We listen to our clients, and work with them to get a result that services their needs and complies with legislation.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How do I know if our strata scheme needs a professional strata manager?

If your committee is struggling to keep up with administration, compliance, repairs or owner communication, professional support can make a big difference. This is helpful for both smaller properties and larger owners corporations, especially when volunteers have limited time or there is no committee appointed.

Yes. Whether a boutique block or a large strata complex, residential or commercial, there are financial, legal, maintenance and administration responsibilities that need to be handled properly which is where a professional strata manager comes in.

Strata management services typically include managing administration, facilitating meetings, overseeing insurance, coordinating common property repairs and maintenance, financial management, including setting budgets, levy administration and record keeping.  Managers also progress the management of complaints, guide legislative compliance and offer advice to help the owners corporations meet the broader needs of their building and community. The exact scope can be tailored to what your owners corporation needs and is reflected in the management agreement.

Fees are tailored to the size and complexity of your property. A residential block will need different support to a mixed-use or commercial development. Fee structures also vary. Some properties opt for an all-inclusive fixed fee, while others choose a lower base fee with additional charges applied only when extra services are required.
