Before entering the strata industry, Vanessa built a successful career in the education sector across Japan and Australia, working in schools, universities and private organisations.
Vanessa’s roles included management, curriculum development, program implementation and team leadership. She built strong skills in strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement that now supports her approach to strata management.
Based in Ringwood, Vanessa manages a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial properties ranging from three to 50 lots, including mixed-use developments and complex owners corporations.
Vanessa joined MBCM Strata Specialists in 2011 and purchased her two branches in 2012. Many of her clients have worked with her for more than a decade, reflecting her focus on service, trust and long-term relationships.

All invoices will be sent to the Owners Corporation, and if the matter is later deemed private, reimbursement will be sought from the lot owner. This service is for building emergencies only and The Scotia Group will ask you some qualifying questions prior to attendance.
