His team adapts services to suit each suburb, ensuring high-quality, personalised support for owners and residents.
We’re a dedicated network of local experts across Victoria focused on helping strata communities thrive through transparent, proactive management. For building-related emergencies affecting your unit or common property, you can contact our emergency make-safe provider, The Scotia Group, directly on 03 9068 4501.
Please note that The Scotia Group acts on behalf of the Owners Corporation, not individual lot owners. If the issue is private or not an insurance claim, you will be liable for the costs, with a minimum callout fee of $500. By engaging The Scotia Group, you agree to these terms.
All invoices will be sent to the Owners Corporation, and if the matter is later deemed private, reimbursement will be sought from the lot owner. This service is for building emergencies only and The Scotia Group will ask you some qualifying questions prior to attendance.
If your committee is struggling to keep up with administration, compliance, repairs or owner communication, professional support can make a big difference. This is helpful for both smaller properties and larger owners corporations, especially when volunteers have limited time or there is no committee appointed.
Yes. Whether a boutique block or a large strata complex, residential or commercial, there are financial, legal, maintenance and administration responsibilities that need to be handled properly and that’s where a strata manager can help.
Strata management services typically include managing administration, facilitating meetings, overseeing insurance, coordinating common property repairs and maintenance, financial management, including setting budgets, levy administration and record keeping. Managers also progress the management of complaints, guide legislative compliance and offer advice to help the owners corporations meet the broader needs of their building and community. The exact scope can be tailored to what your owners corporation needs and is reflected in the management agreement.
Fees are tailored to the size and complexity of your property. A residential block will need different support to a mixed-use or commercial development. Fee structures also vary. Some properties opt for an all-inclusive fixed fee, while others choose a lower base fee with additional charges applied only when extra services are required.
