Before joining MBCM Strata Specialists, Peter worked as an urban planner with the Department of Primary Industries and local councils, building expertise in compliance and stakeholder engagement.
Peter also ran his own hospitality and property development business for over 20 years, strengthening his skills in budgeting, operations and customer service excellence.
Peter manages properties across Blackburn and Box Hill, areas experiencing significant growth and higher-density development. His portfolio ranges from boutique three-lot developments to larger owners corporations of up to 20 lots.
With experience in planning and development, Peter understands the unique maintenance, material and compliance considerations of both older and newer buildings. This enables Peter to deliver solutions that are both realistic and effective for clients. He is fluent in English and Greek and has strong cultural roots in the local community.
