Mark Bourke is one of the longest serving and most experienced franchisees in our Group and currently owns MBCM Strata Specialists Doncaster, Greensborough, Kew and now Heidelberg with his son Matthew. Mark’s background in real estate and business in general makes him the perfect owners corporation manager and this father–son team are the leading Owners Corporation managers in the area.

After completing his degree in Business, with a double major, Matthew Bourke briefly dallied with the corporate life before following his father into the strata industry when he acquired MBCM Strata Specialists Greensborough, and then subsequently merging his franchise with his father’s to form the super group they currently own.
 
Matthew is full of energy and knowledge and leads his team very well, ensuring that each owners’ corporation gets the very best service.

Owners are advised that in the event of an after hours emergency situation (particularly a plumbing, electrical or glass breakage) that they may call the maintenance company, The Scotia Group. The Scotia Group provides an after hours emergency service and can be contacted direct on 1300 726 842. (Please note, this number is an after hours emergency number and should only be used between the hours of 5.00pm and 9.00am). The Scotia Group is experienced in handling all types of Owners Corporation emergencies and will respond accordingly. For emergencies during normal office hours, please contact our office. Please note, Owners will be required to accept responsibility for charge(s) if the emergency is a unit owner responsibility and not that of the Owners Corporation.
