The Industry's Leading Owners Corporation Management Group

Craig and Mardi Hill have owned and operated MBCM Strata Specialists Essendon for many years, making it into one of the most successful franchises in our Group, before bringing their high performance service to MBCM Strata Specialists Coburg, and introducing the same level of professionalism and customer service they have made such a strong part of their business. More recently, they have also expanded to add the Pascoe Vale and Tullamarine offices to their franchise group.
One of Craig and Mardi’s strengths is looking after property developers in the area. They have a track record of removing the burden of the strata set-up process by working with developers in the early planning stages. This is critical as their advice can often highlight any potential issues early in the process, avoiding costly delays or oversights on plans which may be impossible or impractical to address later.
Craig and Mardi, and their team have a diverse background in many industry sectors providing an excellent platform to effectively manage of all types of owners’ corporations in the areas of planning, financial management, dispute resolution, legal matters and asset protection and enhancement.
“Our business is more than just managing Owners Corporations of all shapes and sizes. It's about establishing close, long term working relationships with owners, developers and real estate agents”.

If your Owners Corporation is self managed, you’re dissatisfied with your current manager, you’re a property developer of strata properties, or even if you just need some advice from Craig and Mardi, please submit an enquiry below.
