The Industry's Leading Owners Corporation Management Group

Emma Glazebrook and Amelia Wright are the proud owner operators of MBCM Shepparton, Seymour & Echuca. At the helm of their dedicated team, they are committed to working with owners to preserve and enhance their investments through the implementation of industry best practice, being accessible to their clients and bringing the expertise that comes with experience to the strata community in North East Victoria.

Starting her property career in the UK before emigrating to New Zealand and then Australia, Emma has managed high rises, shopping centres, large planned estates as well as smaller residential and commercial strata properties. Amelia began her strata career in New Zealand in an admin support role before returning home to Melbourne and taking on a strata manager position within the MBCM group.

When the opportunity came up to take on MBCM Shepparton, Seymour and Echuca, the girls jumped at the opportunity to leave the city and raise their family in regional Victoria. Since then, the team has grown from Emma and Amelia on their own to a total of four managers across two offices.

“We are very proud of the service that we provide. We know that with over 30 years in the industry, the breadth of experience in our team is invaluable. Every Manager at MBCM Shepparton holds a certificate IV In Strata Community Management. As a team we strive every day to enhance the value of the properties we manage and the owner experience within Strata.”

MBCM Shepparton, Seymour & Echuca are proud to support their regional community by using local tradespeople and service providers. They are also the named sponsor of the MBCM Northern Country Womens League, the first of it’s kind in Northern Victoria and completing the pathway for female football from Auskick right through to the AFLW right here in the Goulburn Valley.

If your Owners Corporation is self-managed, you’re dissatisfied with your current manager, you’re a property developer of strata properties, or even if you just need some advice from Emma or Amelia, please submit an enquiry below.

Testimonials

"As Chairman of Silverwoods Yarrawonga Owners Corporation, I contacted MBCM in regard to potentially taking over management of our Body Corporate in late 2017. Since formally appointing MBCM as our Managers in early 2018, the Owners Corporation of Silverwoods, has been impressed by the professionalism of Emma Glazebrook and the rest of the MBCM team that led us to make the move to a quality local Body Corporate Manager."
Wayne Limbrick-Chairman, Silverwoods Yarrawonga Owners Corporation

"Emma, Thank you for your patience last night with all the questions about insurance and maintenance, the group as a whole have little experience with how a decent property manager deals with issues, so it was good to have somebody who wasn't thinking about the clock. I can see that the owners corp will benefit greatly from having you manage our property."
Regards, Chairman of a 10 Lot property in Wallan

"Since taking over the body corporate manager position some years ago, we have been very impressed with your service. You are always prompt and efficient at following up requests and are receptive to our needs as property owners rather than simply absorbing fees. Our body corporate continues to build stronger with your leadership. I would not hesitate to recommend your services."
Kind Regards, Bernie Johns - Chairman
