"As Chairman of Silverwoods Yarrawonga Owners Corporation, I contacted MBCM in regard to potentially taking over management of our Body Corporate in late 2017. Since formally appointing MBCM as our Managers in early 2018, the Owners Corporation of Silverwoods, has been impressed by the professionalism of Emma Glazebrook and the rest of the MBCM team that led us to make the move to a quality local Body Corporate Manager."
Wayne-Chairman, Silverwoods Yarrawonga Owners Corporation

"Emma, Thank you for your patience last night with all the questions about insurance and maintenance, the group as a whole have little experience with how a decent property manager deals with issues, so it was good to have somebody who wasn't thinking about the clock. I can see that the owners corp will benefit greatly from having you manage our property."
Regards, Chairman of a 10 Lot property in Wallan

"Since taking over the body corporate manager position some years ago, we have been very impressed with your service. You are always prompt and efficient at following up requests and are receptive to our needs as property owners rather than simply absorbing fees. Our body corporate continues to build stronger with your leadership. I would not hesitate to recommend your services."
Kind Regards, Bernie - Chairman
